This listing is for a beautiful, authentic Wedgwood cameo in a solid 14k pin / pendant.
Created circa the 1960's, this captivating piece features a classic Wedgwood blue and white Jasperware cameo depicting a kneeling Cupid picking up his bow and arrow.  He is set is a fancy gallery seat surrounded by a golden rope.  A further bezel is set with forty seed pearls.  These genuine gems measure an averaged 2.0mm each and offer a lovely creamy, eye catching white glow.
It is these natural seed pearls which really sets this wonderful pin / pendant apart from all of the others...that and the fact it is made in bright polished 14k yellow gold!
This elegant brooch
is hallmarked with a "tag" deep inside the frame below the rolling safety catch, it is stamped with a manufacturers trademark (illegible) and "14k" (pictured).  It
measures 1 and 1/2 inches in diameter and weighs 10.7 total grams. Note that the back of the cameo is stamped "Wedgwood Made in England" with the production numbers "63 TC".
The piece is in excellent vintage condition: the safety catch and jointed pin stem are in perfect and secure working order with a generous pendant loop permanently fixed under the top edge of the frame.  The Wedgwood Jasperware cameo has no nicks or scratches.  Included is the pictured gift box.
We are professional jewelers and we have an eye tuned for lovely things and a real appreciation for the skill and craftsmanship that it takes to make jewelry as wonderful as this brooch.
