Vintage Mexican Sterling Abalone Scimitar Sword Brooch

Description

This is a wonderful vintage piece of Mexican Sterling jewelry - in the shape of a Scimitar sword. (Curved blade!)
The handle and hilt are inlaid with Abalone and the multiple colors glisten.
It is in very nice condition showing very little wear.
It is 70mm long x 20mm at the widest section of the hilt.
It is hallmarked with Made in Mexico in a circular shape but the actual hallmark in the center is not distinguishable. It is also marked Sterling.
