The lock is not marked HK, they appear to be generic items that HK includes when you purchase a new Pistol or Rifle.
The set includes the following:
(1) Red cable lock
(1) Set of keys
Complete your HK Pistol/Rifle Set with the missing Lock/Keys.
These are new and came out of new Pistol/Rifle sets.
The proper way to attach this lock to a rifle is to feed the cable lock through the ejection port, down through the magazine well and attach the other end to lock.
